However in the event that an image of the actual cigar or cigar box offered is unavailable, we may occasionally use a default image of a similar cigar or cigar box within the same brand line.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
If a received product does not match the description located on GJCigars.com, and you are not %100 satisfied, you may return the product in its original, unused condition for a full refund.

CIGAR SAMPLER REPLACEMENTS
GJCigars.com reserves the right to replace individual cigars within the cigar samplers offered on this site (in the event that the specific cigar as offered be out of stock). In the event that we should replace a cigar, the replacement cigar will be selected based on our choice. GJCigars.com does warrant that the replacement cigar is of equal or greater value than the cigar offered in the sampler.

PRICING
Unless noted otherwise, the list price displayed for our products on GJCigars.com represents the full retail price of that product itself.  In some instances we cannot confirm the price of an item until you have ordered; however, your credit card will never be charged until the shipping portion of the checkout process.

Despite our best efforts, from time to time a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispriced item, we will do one of the following:

A) IF an item's actual, correct, price is LOWER than the listed price on the web site, we will charge the lesser amount and ship your item promptly.

B) IF an item's actual, correct, price is HIGHER than the listed price on the web site, we will, per our discretion, either contact you for instructions to reach a resolution OR cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Because mistakes can happen, we reserve the right to alter any prices to the CORRECT retail price as we see fit in case of a misprint.

SHIPPING - DELIVERY CONFIRMATION POLICY
Delivery will be made to the Recipient at the "Shipping address" as provided by the purchaser at the time the order is placed via this website. Confirmation of delivery, as provided by the Carrier, is considered to be official confirmation of successful delivery to the shipping address as provided by the customer.

In the event where the customer provides incomplete; inaccurate; or incorrect delivery address information; resulting in the loss of the shipment or delivery to the wrong address resulting in loss of the shipment, the Shipper is not responsible for replacement of the items purchased or refund of the purchase price of the lost items.

CUSTOMER ERRORS
In the event that a customer enters an incorrect order or makes an error in typing the delivery address for an order, which is subsequently delivered to the address which was provided by the customer, then the customer shall be fully responsible for the full value of the order including the shipping charges.
